Shipping policy
1. Order Processing (Dispatch)
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During sale periods, product drops, or high-volume days, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed and the order will be cancelled with a full refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline (Post-Dispatch)
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150 additional fee (where applicable)

COD orders may be verified via WhatsApp, SMS, or call before dispatch

5. Order Tracking

6. Address & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at checkout.
Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Delays (Courier or External Factors)

8. Split Shipments (If Applicable)
In rare cases (such as multiple items or warehouse limitations), orders may be shipped in separate parcels at no additional cost. Tracking details will be shared accordingly.
9. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
