Exchange Policy

At Three Monkeys, each drop is produced in limited quantities and small batches. To ensure hygiene, quality control, and fairness across limited inventory, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

  • Exchanges are the only resolution available, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. When Is an Exchange Allowed?

Exchanges are approved only in the following cases:

A. Manufacturing Defect or Incorrect Item

An exchange will be approved if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (such as print defects, stitching issues, torn fabric, etc.).

B. Damaged in Transit (Rare)

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately as per the instructions below.

Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

3. Exchange Request Window

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Approval)

To process an exchange, a clear unboxing video is mandatory and must show:

  • The sealed package with the shipping label visible

  • The complete, uncut opening of the parcel

  • The product, tags, and the defect or incorrect item clearly visible

Exchange requests without an unboxing video may be rejected.

5. Exchange Process (How to Request)

To request an exchange, please contact us via message or email with:

  • Order ID

  • Registered phone number

  • Details of the issue

  • Unboxing video and clear photos

We will review your request and confirm approval within 24–48 hours.

6. Exchange Type & Stock Availability

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product or size is unavailable, we may offer:

    • An exchange for another product of equal value, or

    • Store credit / a coupon code of the same value (if applicable).

7. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Products that are washed, worn, altered, or used

  • Items without original tags or with damaged/missing packaging

  • Products with perfume, deodorant stains, marks, or damage after delivery

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased during sale or discount periods (if applicable)

8. Conditions for Exchange Acceptance

Items must be returned:

  • In original, unused, and unworn condition

  • With original packaging

  • With all tags intact

If the returned product fails our quality inspection, the exchange will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
